BUSINESS MODELS BASED ON SUSTAINABLE FUTURE STRATEGIES
Grossmond’s “Sustainability” and “Social Responsibility” activities are addressed in the context of social, environmental and economic dimensions. The main lines of Grossmond’s corporate sustainability approach are to continuously improve and move forward to further goals.
Grossmond’s “Corporate Sustainability Policy” is based on the philosophy of “Life is Renewal” within the framework of a holistic approach and business models based on sustainable future strategies.
Grossmond’s Corporate Sustainability Policy is evaluated in a way to demonstrate its responsibility towards all its stakeholders, both in the region where the headquarters is located and nationwide. Therefore, in line with the creation of a value chain with suppliers, dealer network and all stakeholders, “sustainability” approach and “corporate social responsibility” practices are considered as a whole.
Corporate Sustainability Policy, on the basis of environmental, social and corporate governance principles are;

– To ensure information security and business continuity in all its activities,
– To comply with the requirements of national and international legislation,
– To manage relations with stakeholders in a transparent manner and with common sense,
– To ensure continuity in customer satisfaction,
– To develop its suppliers towards sustainability practices,
– Sharing sustainable environmental policy practices with the public in a transparent manner,
– To present Corporate Social Responsibility activities to its stakeholders in line with the Company’s strategies, targets and priorities,
– To adopt Corporate Governance Principles, particularly ethical values and anti-corruption, as a corporate culture
In this context, the Company’s Corporate Governance Structure, Risk Management, Business Ethics and Anti-Corruption, Sustainability Management and Stakeholder Engagement are important within the scope of “Governance and Sustainability”.
In addition to the activities related to the continuation and realisation of the activities in accordance with the Corporate Governance understanding within the Company, due importance is given to the continuation of the “Social Responsibility” activities in this direction by paying due attention to the activities aimed at realising this together with the stakeholders of the Company.
Within this framework, ensuring sustainability in the Company’s corporate activities, together with the equality of all stakeholders, information responsibility and corporate governance practices, are among the main objectives of the Company.
CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY APPROACH
Grossmon’s sustainability approach is carried out both within the organisation and within the framework of social activities for the society, taking into account the criteria of corporate social responsibility and impact on society.
Therefore, within the framework of Sustainability Governance; activities on Climate Change and Emission Rates; Product Portfolio and Product Strategies; Markets and Customer Satisfaction; R&D Management, World Class Manufacturing (WCM) and Management Standards; Energy Efficiency; Environmental Management Systems; Occupational Health and Safety; Working Environment and Talent Management; Supply Chain Management; Dealer and Service Network are important. The preparation of Sustainability Reports on the axis of climate change, environment, occupational health and safety, corporate governance, ethical values, supply chain and social responsibility is considered as the basic evaluation of the Sustainability Policy.
Within this framework, comprehensive, enlightening and detailed information regarding periodic and periodical studies is provided in the annual reports, sustainability reports and the Company’s printed, periodical and informatic publications. Accordingly, these processes are shared with all stakeholders, particularly the Company’s employees, shareholders and stakeholders, and presented to the public. In addition, Grossmond’s intranet and internet websites include the necessary information and relevant links, and the activities created and carried out in line with the corporate policies are presented to the information of stakeholders.
Within the scope of its Sustainability Policy, Grossmond considers Social Responsibility activities as the accountability of organisations and the fulfilment of their duties and responsibilities towards their stakeholders, and accepts the realisation of “sustainable and improvable” social responsibility practices as a corporate policy.
In line with the processes covered by its Corporate Social Responsibility approach and practices, Grossmond accepts compliance with legal regulations as a basic requirement and implements priorities that will encourage the dynamics that will ensure both corporate and social development. In this direction, the Company acts in accordance with the criteria and principles determined in all matters that fall within the areas of corporate social responsibility such as human resources and human investment projects, stakeholder culture and Company vision, educational support activities, practices that develop culture and art, environmental awareness and environmental protection. Grossmond also aims to implement and develop a proactive environmental management system within the framework of the principle of sustainable development with its environmental policy and activities in this direction.
In all areas of social responsibility, all necessary national and international standards are observed and implemented, as well as efforts to improve them.
