Our automotive group, which develops itself every moment and can make sectoral analyses at a high level, has determined the quality expectations in the sector and decided to invest in cataphoresis and powder coating coating facility and our facility, which is planned to be able to produce in accordance with automotive quality requirements, started mass production as of July 2023.
Our cataphoresis and powder coating facility, established on an area of 490 m2, has an annual coating capacity of 250.000 m2 with its expert staff.
The cataphoresis line process consists of four main stages:
- Surface cleaning stage
- Surface preparation stage
- Coating stage
- Oven stage
- Our facility consists of 17 different washing stages in total.
The advantages of powder coating can be briefly summarised as follows;
- Powder coating is environmentally friendly.
- The amount of energy required for the ignition of powder is much higher than liquid paints.
- Powder has less negative effects on health than other paints.
- • Powder is ready to use.
- Powder coating technique is easy to use and the operator can be trained in a very short time.
- All kinds of decorative surfaces can be obtained with powder coating.
