Our company, which is one of the group companies of Cps Pressform, sent the prosthetic orthosis technicians of Ankara Gülhane Military Medical Academy (GATA) to training and seminars in Germany in 1992 and 1999, and with the training they received afterwards, they ensured that veterans receive service in the rehabilitation centre established by our Health Group in the military hospital and undertook the prosthetic rehabilitation of many veterans.

We were invited to the symposium on the development of prosthetic-orthotic rehabilitation organised by the Indonesian Chief of General Staff at the Gatot Soebroto Central Military Hospital; he gave trainings on behalf of Turkey with the accompanying German prosthetics experts. On the other hand, during the 1999 Gölcük earthquake, he established a prosthetic-orthotic rehabilitation centre in Değirmendere with an American aid organisation and met the prosthetic and orthotic needs of many earthquake victims.

Otto-Bock, the world’s best company in the orthopaedics sector, was the first to bring and apply Otto-Bock’s products to our country and has been Otto-Bock’s representative in Turkey for 14 years. Our Health Group is the first company to bring and apply “Modular System Leg Prosthesis” in 1980, “Myo-Electric Arm Prosthesis” in 1984, “Smart Knee Prosthesis” in 1992, “C-Leg System Prosthesis” in 2005, “i-limb touch bionics” in 2008 and ottobock “genium” systems in 2011.

Our Health Group has reached many prosthesis users abroad. After the Gulf War, prosthesis applications were made to Iraqi soldiers and civilians, and prosthesis and orthosis rehabilitation of many amputated patients who were victims of war in Libya-Syria Ukraine-Russia war. Currently, work has been initiated for the establishment of a prosthetic orthotic rehabilitation centre in Almaty, Kazakhstan and it is planned to be opened in early 2024.
